Terms of SaleTerms and Conditions governing transactions on gradedstamps.com are set forth as follows: We DO NOT store or record credit card data. Our check-out form transmits [via secure, encrypted connection] directly to our Wachovia Bank credit-card processor and your data is then immediately and securely completely deleted. Shipping charges will be added to invoices for lots delivered by mail or express service. You also have the option of using your own FedEx account. We ship ONLY to United States addresses. Every stamp* on this website has been certified, graded, and encapsulated by Professional Stamp Experts (PSE) - a Third-party authentication and grading agency. *=Exception: Stamps offered in our DEALER GRADED Gallery, have not been independently graded. Some will be independently Certified, but without numerical NET grade. Ungraded stamps are not subject to Certification 'Extension', but are completely and fully covered by our 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Professional Stamp Experts (PSE) provides a Guarantee: Professional Stamp Experts Guarantee Beginning with certificates dated April 8, 2005 or later, Professional Stamp Experts (PSE) guarantees that the stamp will be a genuine specimen of the stamp represented by the Scott Number set forth on the PSE certificate. In the event an owner believes that the PSE Certified stamp has been incorrectly identified, the stamp may be returned to Professional Stamp Experts for a Guarantee Resubmission. If, upon re-examination, PSE determines that the stamp was assigned an incorrect Scott Number, PSE will reimburse the owner the current fair market value of the stamp as identified on the original certificate in exchange for the stamp, or pay the owner the difference in value between the originally determined Scott Number and the amended Scott Number. PSE will additionally refund the Guarantee Resubmission fee plus all postage and insurance costs incurred by the purchaser in sending the stamp to, and receiving the stamp from PSE. The following should be noted with regards to this guarantee:
For Encapsulated Stamps Professional Stamp Experts (PSE) guarantees that the stamp will be a genuine specimen of the stamp represented by the Scott Number set forth on the PSE insert. Professional Stamp Experts further guarantees that the stamp has been correctly graded in accordance with PSE's grading standards, and under the procedures of PSE. In the event an owner believes that the PSE Certified stamp has been incorrectly identified or over-graded, the stamp may be returned to Professional Stamp Experts for a Guarantee Resubmission in its original, unopened encapsulated holder. If, upon re-examination, PSE determines that the stamp was assigned an incorrect Scott Number, or was over-graded, PSE will reimburse the owner the current fair market value of the stamp as identified on the original insert in exchange for the stamp, or pay the owner the difference in value between the originally determined Scott Number/Grade and the amended Scott Number/Grade. PSE will additionally refund the Guarantee Resubmission fee plus all postage and insurance costs incurred by the purchaser in sending the stamp to, and receiving the stamp from, PSE.
